A native of Croatia who was raised in Germany, I came to Brussels in 2005. Shortly after my arrival, while on an excursion to an ice sculpture exhibition in Brugge, I made the acquaintance of Alun Foster and shortly thereafter joined Viewfinders. Since then, as a result of my involvement in Viewfinders, my interest in photography has continued to increase and advance. My current work focuses on people and natural scenes, though I occasionally experiment with abstract and architectural photography as well.

In November 2009 I travelled (with camera) to South India for a one-month excursion. After taking some days to acclimatise, I spent much of the visit taking pictures. To my surprise people were very happy to have their pictures taken and I returned with 500 photos. The ones I have chosen mainly relate to people and animals in their surroundings, as this combination provides an accessible perspective of life in this environment.
